Goba was selected to compete in the prefectural swimming tournament. Since the venue happened to be near her grandfather’s house, she decided to stay there during the competition. It had been a while since she’d seen him, but her grandfather was kind; since the day before the tournament was Goba’s birthday, he even prepared a cake to treat her. That night, Go-ba was overcome by a sudden wave of sleepiness and collapsed into bed. When she woke up, she found herself tied up in the storeroom.
