Rika, a daughter-in-law living with her father-in-law at her husband’s parents’ home. Her father-in-law was in his late fifties but still going strong—a rugged, blue-collar man who worked tirelessly as an interior finisher on construction sites. Rika worked diligently on the housework, but deep down, she felt repulsed by her father-in-law’s crude and rough language, as well as his blatantly sexual stares. “Come on, don’t say that.
