I planned to stay up all night talking with my best friend Ichiro—both of us single—but then his girlfriend Mai showed up, and it turned out they were actually living together. Hiding my shock, I put on a smile and played it cool, then ended up staying the night at my friend’s place. When I woke up, my best friend’s girlfriend was sleeping completely naked.
