I was convicted of three crimes and sent to prison. I had to perform eight hours of prison labor every day. Prison labor is part of the sentence and is supposedly intended to help inmates reintegrate into society, but since I had no intention of doing so, I always just went through the motions. The discipline at this facility was stricter than elsewhere; inmates were monitored 24 hours a day, even while bathing, using the restroom, or sleeping. A month had passed in this hellish life of celibacy, with absolutely no privacy, and one day, when I reached my breaking point… I came to learn the true nature of this facility’s rehabilitation program.
