Three years into her marriage, Mahiro was struggling with her relationship with her husband. He told her she was plain and didn’t see her as a woman, and the rift between them grew wider by the day. Amidst this, a business trip with her department head, Noguchi, was arranged as part of the company’s policy to help Mahiro gain experience.
