Mayu, a young wife, married a colleague from her days as an office worker. Although they were by no means wealthy enough to live a life of luxury, she leads a happy life with her kind husband. Then one day, tragedy strikes without warning. Thinking about having a child, they dip into the savings they’d been building up little by little and move into a slightly larger apartment—only to discover it’s a hellish building with a yakuza office right next door.
