In an old, dilapidated rental house on the verge of collapse, a man lives alone—a man who struggles with social interactions and can only open his heart to rabbits. He barely scr**ed by on the meager income from his rabbit breeding business, which he started by imitating others, and by dipping into the savings left by his deceased grandparents. But one day, the landlord visits to demand the rent. Unable to get along with society, unable to connect with others. He doesn’t know how to smile. His humanity was scolded and mocked, and he was urged to breed rabbits, with the landlord saying, “If even that can make money, then go for it.” Stress accumulated day by day, along with unfulfilled sexual desire. Within his increasingly closed-off heart, the man continued to nurture impossible delusions, letting his thoughts wander in search of salvation. “Ah… Momo-chan, my cute rabbit who loves only me. I wish you were human. Then I could keep going.” It was a wish that could never come true. Yet when the man looked up, there stood a bunny girl, smiling. Is this a dream or an illusion?
