Movie Information:
Haruka Kitagawa, a happy housewife, begins to sense something off about the change in her husband Yoshitaka’s attitude as he steadily climbs the corporate ladder. One night, an encounter with his boss, Mikuni—who brought home a drunken Yoshitaka—begins to shatter her peaceful daily life. Mikuni, a man consumed by loneliness and power, draws near to Haruka with the promise to “protect” her, and despite her resistance, she is pulled into a vortex of deep inner conflict. Eventually, the dynamics of their marriage are reversed, and Haruka is forced to make a decision about her own way of life, caught between sin and desire.
