Movie Information:
Yuka Sawamura—also known as Fontaine—learns that the Neighboring Town Clinic is involved in a series of female disappearances and goes undercover as a patient to infiltrate the clinic. However, during her examination, Yuka is injected by the director. She suddenly feels dizzy, and her body stops responding as she intends. The director, flashing a defiant smirk, lewdly toys with Yuka’s body while playing the sound of a bell. Though Yuka writhes in agony, she somehow manages to escape from the scene. Convinced that the director of the Neighboring Town Clinic is involved in the disappearances of young women, Yuka returns to the clinic disguised as Fontaine. The director reveals his true identity. He orders his demonic minions to attack Fontaine, but she defeats them with grace and flair. Just then, however, the sound of a bell rings out, and Fontaine’s body suddenly… What will become of the magical warrior maiden Fontaine…? !
